I bought this product a few months ago for tracking and maintaining a touch with my loved ones. The initial setup was very smooth and easy. Please follow the instructions as mentioned in inside the box and you should be able to pair your phone with the device very easily. The alert system is also very accurate and I like the configurations where even if my phone is on silent mode, the alert will be sent out to the phone. This makes sure that I never miss the important alert from the device when my loved ones needs me the most. The GPS location is very accurate. The fact that we can also set a phone number with the alert makes it easier to call whenever we receive an alert.
